Whitsun is always marked in the calendar of Megasat: Beginning on Whit Saturday, the annual one-week Camp Roadshow, a mobile trade fair where exhibitors come to customers, takes place every year. Well-known companies from the caravanning industry will be visiting six campsites in southern Germany this year from 8 to 15 June to present their new products. Megasat, one of the leading manufacturers of satellite technology and accessories, will be there as usual and show a cross-section of its wide range of products.
"Every year, the Camp Roadshow is a great opportunity for us to talk directly to our customers. The feedback we receive here is extremely important and helps us to constantly develop and improve our products," says Harald Langer, Sales Manager Camping at Megasat and traditionally present at the Camp Roadshow.
SAT Traveller-Manantenna : Flat design, high performance
One of the products that visitors to the Camp Roadshow can examine and test in detail is the new SAT antenna Traveller-Man. The device impresses with compact dimensions, an extremely low installation height and high reception performance. This makes the Traveller-Man the ideal solution for space-saving satellite TV reception on the caravan or motor home. The extremely flat body height of just 14.5 centimetres hardly affects the overall height of the vehicle. And thanks to the small swivel range of only 83 centimetres, the Traveller-Man on every motorhome or caravan place.
In addition to its compact dimensions, the system is also impressive from a technical point of view: the antenna only requires a connection to the control unit via the coaxial cable supplied. Then, at the push of a button, the fully automatic antenna finds one of the ten factory-programmed satellites. The integrated Auto-Skewsystem allows the correct polarization setting of the LNBsand thus guarantees first-class reception at all locations in Europe. It Traveller-Manis equipped with two connections, so it delivers razor-sharp Picturesimages to two receivers. The price is 1.199,- Euro.
