Niederlauer. Whitsun is always marked on Megasat's calendar: Beginning on Whit Saturday, the annual week-long Camp Roadshow takes place, a mobile trade fair where exhibitors come to their customers. This year, from June 8th to 15th, renowned companies from the caravanning industry will be touring six campsites in southern Germany to present their latest products. Megasat, one of the leading manufacturers of satellite technology and accessories, will be there as usual, showcasing a cross-section of its wide range of products.
"The Camp Roadshow is a great opportunity for us every year to engage directly with our customers. The feedback we receive here is incredibly important and helps us continually develop and improve our products," says Harald Langer, Head of Camping Sales at Megasat and a regular attendee at the Camp Roadshow.
SAT antenna Traveller-Man: Flat design, high performance
One of the products that visitors to the Camp Roadshow can examine and test in detail is the new Traveller-Man satellite antenna. The device impresses with its compact dimensions, extremely low installation height, and high reception performance. This makes the Traveller-Man the ideal solution for space-saving satellite TV reception in a caravan or motorhome. The extremely flat installation height of just 14,5 centimeters barely affects the overall height of the vehicle. And thanks to its small swivel range of just 83 centimeters, the Traveller-Man fits perfectly on any motorhome or caravan.
In addition to its compact dimensions, the system also boasts impressive technical features: The antenna requires only one connection to the control unit via the included coaxial cable. The fully automatic antenna then finds one of the ten factory-programmed satellites at the touch of a button. The integrated auto-skew system enables correct polarization adjustment of the LNB, thus guaranteeing first-class reception at all locations in Europe. The Traveller-Man is equipped with two connections, thus delivering razor-sharp images to two receivers. The price is €1.199.
