2. Details of data processing

Access data in server log files

When you visit our website, access data without personal reference is automatically stored, such as:

– the files accessed and their retrieval data

This data is used exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and for statistical purposes and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you personally.

Contract processing and inquiries

Appointment booking for on-site service

To arrange an on-site service appointment, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, address, telephone number, email address, device data) in order to carry out the appointment and, if necessary, to provide services.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
The data will be deleted after the service has been fully processed and the statutory retention periods have expired.

Use of WP Statistics

We use the analysis tool WP Statistics (developed by VeronaLabs, hosted locally on our server).

– All data is stored exclusively on our server.
– IP addresses are anonymized so that no conclusions can be drawn about individual users.
– Data will not be passed on to third parties.
