New help center on the manufacturer's website provides technical support

"We keep receiving calls from our customers because they are facing technical challenges for which there is no helpful description yet. That's why we have now put short, concise answers and instructions for the most frequently asked questions on our website in the form of videos," explains Harald Langer, Sales Manager Camping at Megasat.

With this service, Megasat is expanding its support even further, because it goes without saying that customers will continue to receive telephone support for their questions about Megasat technology and products. And at the numerous trade fairs and road shows, users can also make direct contact with satellite experts as usual. It is planned to gradually expand the help centre.
