New help center on the manufacturer's website provides technical support

Niederlauer.  How do I find the right location to mount my satellite dish? How do I properly install an F-connector? And how do I update my control unit's firmware using a USB stick? Campers do a lot of things themselves, but the right instructions aren't always readily available. Megasat, one of Germany's leading manufacturers of satellite technology and accessories, provides answers to these and other questions. A dedicated help center has recently been added to its website.

"We regularly receive calls from our customers because they are facing technical challenges for which there is currently no helpful description. Therefore, we have now posted short, concise answers and instructions in the form of videos on our website for the most frequently asked questions," explains Harald Langer, Head of Camping Sales at Megasat.

With this service, Megasat is further expanding its support. Customers will, of course, continue to receive telephone assistance with their questions about Megasat technology and products. And at the numerous trade fairs and roadshows, users can also contact satellite experts directly as usual. The plan is to gradually expand the Help Center.
