Strong Wi-Fi connection even inside the vehicle
The Megasat Camper Connected WiFi Booster System amplifies existing WiFi signals, such as those from campsite hotspots, and reliably transmits them into the vehicle interior. The powerful external antenna receives the WiFi signal and transmits it via a network cable to the WiFi router inside. This router establishes a stable WiFi network that can connect all internet-enabled devices in the vehicle – without any connection drops or weak signals.
Installation is flexible and simple: The outdoor unit can be mounted permanently or mobile and is connected to the router via a single network cable – this means that even longer distances of up to 60 m can be easily bridged.
Stream, surf and enjoy on the go
With a stable connection to available Wi-Fi hotspots – for example, at campsites or motorhome parks – you can easily stream music, films, and TV shows while on the go. Podcasts, video calls, and surfing the web also work reliably as soon as a Wi-Fi signal is available. A special advantage: You can even access your favorite radio stations from home via the internet – regardless of your current location. This way, you can enjoy digital entertainment on the go, almost like at home.
Compatible with Wi-Fi hotspots and captive portals
The system doesn't rely solely on mobile networks – it can also connect to existing Wi-Fi hotspots, such as those commonly offered at campsites or rest areas. Even if access requires registration via a so-called captive portal, this isn't a problem. Registration is simply done via a connected device, such as a smartphone or tablet, similar to those found in hotel Wi-Fi networks. This allows for convenient use of existing Wi-Fi and integration into your own in-vehicle network.
