The HD 4 Combo V2 is a handy measuring device ideal for fast and accurate satellite searches. It can measure DVB-S/-S2, DVB-T/-T2, and DVB-C/-C2 signals. The built-in LCD display has a screen diagonal of 2,7 inches (6,9 cm). Operation is child's play thanks to the clear and well-structured interface. All important information is displayed in the live measurement, and the signal level and quality can be enlarged if necessary.
To assess the satellite system's signal and analyze any reception errors, use the near-real-time spectrum analysis. The constantly updated diagram immediately changes the spectrum when the dish moves.
The angle calculation helps you determine the vertical and horizontal angle of the antenna, as the elevation and azimuth vary depending on the location. Simply enter the location data, and the meter will quickly calculate the appropriate angle settings for the dish. This makes it easier to find the desired satellite.
The integrated compass function makes it easier to calculate the angle. When the measuring device is rotated or tilted, the current angle is automatically displayed on the screen. Alternatively, the selected satellite can be displayed graphically to quickly determine the correct position.
Transponder control is a function that allows you to simultaneously assess the signal strength and quality of multiple transponders. This is helpful when calibrating Quattro LNBs. Transponders can be freely selected and switched through. The satellite signal is continuously updated.
