Please enter the required data in the PDF form, print it out and enclose it with the package. Describe the fault on the device as precisely as possible. An indication such as "defective" can considerably slow down the machining process.
Instructions that you must observe when returning the goods:
- If available, pack the product in the original carton to avoid possible transport damage.
- If possible, send the goods to us with complete accessories.
- If your product is still under warranty, please enclose a copy of the sales receipt. Complaints within the warranty period cannot be processed without a valid proof of purchase.
- Do not send the package freight collect. Packages without postage will not be accepted by us. If necessary, contact your specialist dealer to clarify the complaint in advance.
