To ensure that we can process your product complaint quickly and reliably, please download our service form. To open the service form, you will need the Adobe Acrobat ReaderPlease complete the form completely, print it out, and enclose it with your return shipment. Describe the defect as precisely as possible – general statements like "defective" or "doesn't work" will delay processing.
Instructions you must follow when returning the item
- If possible, pack the product in the original box.
- When making a warranty claim, please ensure you include a copy of your purchase receipt.
- Do not send the package freight collect – freight collect shipments cannot be accepted.
