Please enter the required information in the PDF form, print it and place it in the package. Describe the error on device as accurately as possible. A statement such as “defect” can significantly slow the machining process.
Information that you must consider when returning:
- If available, pack the product in the original carton to avoid any transport damage.
- If possible, send the product to us with complete accessories.
- Place the product with a copy of the sales receipt. Complaints without valid sales receipt can not be machined.
- Send the package with postage. Package without postage will not be accepted by us.
